Especially useful for them over Christmas and New Year.  Kooth provides free support for people aged 11 – 25 from qualified professional counsellors, via a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Anonymous service offering advice and help to users with no waiting lists – every day of the year

Tell your school, teachers, Senco, social/health workers about these ADHD training for practitioners courses which ADHD Richmond is involved in. The next is on January 4 at the King Charles Centre, Hollyfield Rd, Surbiton KT5 9AL This session will consider the significant impact of living with a child with ADHD on parents, siblings and other family members. Delegates must have completed Introduction to ADHD - Level 1 and Working with ADHD - Level 2 before attending this programme.
