Welcome interfaith friends to Fall and our quarterly newsletter! Check out all of the exciting updates, along with happenings from our Global Affiliates, and plenty of engaging resources on our monthly topics that you can share with you kids and community!
Our theme for the month of October was anti-bullying, or as we call it, Unlovable. We use that term because that is the way kids feel when they are bullied. Bullying can center around all kinds of subjects, including religion. Regardless of why bullying takes place, it is critical that we educate both the bully and the bullied so that our kids can find ways to shift from fear and anger to a path of empathy, kindness, and forgiveness. Be sure to check out some of the anti-bullying resources in the newsletter. Our theme for November is Gratitude and December is Body, Mind, and Soul. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter, where we will be sharing more information on all of the monthly themes.
Finally, in the spirit of the holiday season and due to the current crisis nature of our global human relations, we at Spiritual Playdate have decided to donate our program. Any NEW organization that has a desire to use our program to promote peace and understanding will gain full access to all inclusive interfaith curriculum for one year by becoming an Affiliate Member. Please register as a Spiritual Playdate Basic Member for free, then email info@spiritualplaydate.com and we will upgrade your account. This offer is only good through the end of 2017. Please share this with any organizations that would benefit from our program. Thank you and enjoy!
