The spring market is well underway with more auctions scheduled for tomorrow in Sydney (983) than we have seen the last 2 weeks (916 and 826 respectively). It will be interesting to see how the clearance rates fair as we see a general cooling down of premiums to selling prices across the city. It should be noted though that the outer areas of Sydney are bringing the average clearance rate down while the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore are still performing very well.
Over the last week we have seen 19 new homes come on to the market in The Forest area, 10 properties have sold and there are 7 auctions scheduled for tomorrow.
