To welcome The Year of the Rooster, the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation (HKITF) and WTIA are jointly organized the Joint ICT Spring Dinner on 9 February 2017. It's our honour to have Mr. Nicholas Yang, JP, Secretary for Innovation & Technology, Innovation & Technology Bureau to be the Guest of Honor; and Ir Allen Yeung, Government Chief Information Officer, Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, The Honorable Charles Mok, Legislative Councilor (IT) and Mr Eddie Ng Hak-kim, SBS, JP, Secretary for Education as our special guests.
