Government funded training poses many common delivery challenges for FE colleges & training providers alike – learner engagement, communication with referral agents & destination tracking to name a few.

With the increased Government focus on an ‘outcome responsive curriculum’ funding will follow the learner journey as providers must show that learners have met learning aims and progressed into sustainable employment. However recent an AoC survey found that 71% of colleges sited tracking learner progress & outcomes as key barrier to success.
