As one of the leading Zoho partners in the world we often participate in beta testing of new functionality. Amongst the functionality we tested for Zoho in the last 4-5 month are:
- iOS and Android versions of mail and calendar app (see my blog article here)
- Campaigns advanced functionality
- SalesIQ for tracking visitors to your website
- Google Adwords integration
- Survey CRM integration
- Zoho Books UK edition
By far the most fun and significant development was Zoho Campaigns. In fact so impressed were we, we asked Zoho if we could wrap in a client we knew needed exactly what the new version of Campaigns was going to do. The outcome is detailed in our newest case study from County Flat Roofing who run one of the most sophisticated and well thought out marketing automation processes that we have come across on the Zoho platform.
We believe that with the type of functionality now offered by Zoho Campaigns, Google Adwords integration and CRM Custom modules combined, the Lead Scoring and nurturing functionality is good enough to start challenging the best specialist products in the field.
Several of our recent projects have included an element of integration with third party apps or some form of extended functionality. It seems scheduling apps are definitely the flavour of the month, as are custom web and mobile apps. To that end we are excited to have recruited our first developer in the UK to add to the 25-strong team in India. He has only been here two months and has already worked on five projects including a new scheduling module, an iPad app connected to ZohoCRM, as well as embarked on an exciting project for the NHS. So if you have a project that needs Zoho to talk to other products or have a requirement for your own web application you know who to call.

Dash is a recent graduate from Plymouth University and specialises in database and solutions architecture, with experience in MySQL, PHP, JavaScript and Python. Dash helps us design and produce new and innovative custom database Apps and system integrations that deliver, and more often, surpass expectation.
Dash has earned his superhero status not only by responding to the challenges he and his colleagues face with impressive game-changing solutions, but also by being a thoroughly charming guy in the process.
When he’s not being ‘Dash the legend of the i-Dynamics Universe’, Dash enjoys cooking and his immediate ambitions are to move out from the rustic temporary lodgings at the bottom of his Uncle's garden – namely the converted chicken shed – and find a cosier place to hang his cape in the evenings.

This is a huge event on the Zoho calendar and one that some of you will remember we hosted at The Groucho Club in London last year.
Once again, all Zoho users and facilitators will benefit from this event, from beginner to advanced adoptees. Attendees will get to hear from some of Zoho’s best keynote speakers, developers and evangelists culminating in a day jam-packed with practical and inspiring insights and ideas.
